Privacy Rights Request

Your rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to:

• Know and access the personal information we hold about you;
• Delete your personal information;
• Correct inaccurate personal information;
• Data portability: receive a copy of your information in a portable format;
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (we do not sell personal information for money, but our advertising technology may count as "sharing" — see our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page for how to opt out);
• Limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information;
• Appeal a denied request; and
• Non-discrimination: you will not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights.

How to make a request

Email us at support@rooferslab.com and include:

• Your full name;
• The email address on file with us;
• Your state of residence;
• The type of request you are making; and
• Whether you are the consumer or an authorized agent. If you are an authorized agent making a request on someone's behalf, describe your authorization and provide proof that you are authorized to act for that person.

Verification

To protect your information, we verify your identity before acting on a request, using information already on file with us. We may ask for additional information to confirm your identity or your authority to act. We use the information you provide for a request only to process and respond to that request.

Timelines

Where required, we will acknowledge your request within 10 business days. We will respond substantively within 45 days. If we need more time, we may extend once by an additional 45 days and will notify you of the extension and the reason for it. If we deny your request, you may appeal; a different reviewer will consider the appeal and provide a written outcome.
