Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Effective date: July 22, 2026
Roofers Lab, a service of Kraken OS LLC (doing business as Roofers Lab) ("Roofers Lab," "we," "us"), respects your privacy choices. This page explains our practices regarding the "sale" and "sharing" of personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, and similar state laws.
We do not sell your personal information. We have not sold personal information, and we do not sell it, as "sell" is defined under applicable law.
We do use advertising technology that may count as "sharing." Our Site uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which discloses online identifiers and information about your activity on our Site to Meta so that we can measure our advertising and reach visitors with advertising on Meta platforms. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, that disclosure may be treated as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You have the right to opt out, and we explain how below.
Our current Site practices. Our Site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the Site, and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel for advertising measurement and targeting. It also uses functional local browser storage and cookies set by the embedded fit check that make that feature work. We describe all of this in our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy.
How to opt out of sharing. You can opt out in any of these ways, and you do not need an account with us to do so:
- Send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. Enable GPC in a browser or browser extension that supports it. We honor this signal automatically, and you do not need to contact us.
- Block or clear cookies. Use your browser settings to block third-party cookies or clear existing ones, which stops these technologies from associating your activity with an identifier.
- Ask us directly. Submit a request through our Privacy Rights Request page or email us at support@rooferslab.com, and we will process your opt-out.
- Adjust your Meta settings. If you have a Meta account, you can limit how Meta uses off-platform activity through the ad and off-Facebook activity controls in your Meta account settings.
Global Privacy Control. Where required by applicable law, we recognize and honor opt-out preference signals, such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC), that your browser or a browser extension sends.
If our practices change. If we add further advertising or analytics technologies, or begin selling personal information, we will update this page and our Privacy Policy, and we will provide any additional opt-out mechanism the law requires.
How to reach us. To make a formal privacy request, or to ask a question about these practices, please use our Privacy Rights Request page or email us at support@rooferslab.com.
